Forest Exploration
GIMM 400 Multiplayer Game Development
Description
For one of my GIMM projects we were assigne to make a group game using unreal engine. We were assigned a client that was legally blind, and tasked to make a game for her to play that included the use of an accessibility controller so she could play the game without trouble or assistance. We decided to go with a forest exploration game since she loves open world exploration games. We created three different prototype levels: One where you have to avoid enemy lumberjack ai, one where you have to match animal sounds with animal models, And one where you have to collect a key and then run from an enemy lumberjack who chases you through a firey path in the forest. The game is designed for two players, one who can see but not hear, and one who can hear but not see.

GIMM 440 Portfolio Project
Description
For my GIMM 440 portfolio project I decided to remake my VR game that I created for my individual game project all throughout the GIMM program. I decided to make the game in Unreal Engine 5 instead of Unity, and I used some of my old assets from the original game in combination with new assets I snagged from Unreal Engine itself. The game consists of three different mini-games; a target practice where you shoot all the targets as fast as possible, a run and gun where you have to find all the coins and destroy all the enemies, and then a maze where you have to find all the coins to escape.
